Scrambled eggs and avocado toast
Ingredients
- Sourdough bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado
- Salt
- Olive oil
Preparation
Cut the avocado in two.
Cut one of the halves into thin slices. Keep the remaining half in the fridge.
Toast the bread slices in a toaster or frying pan.
Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of oil.
When the pan is hot, add the eggs and beat until they set and have a creamy texture.
Place the avocado slices and the scrambled eggs on the toast.
Drizzle a little oil on top and enjoy!
Açai bowl with banana, nuts,
shredded coconut and blueberries
Ingredients
- 250gr of açai powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- 125gr fresh blueberries
- Natural or vegetable yoghurt
- 100gr shredded coconut
- 1 handful of assorted nuts
Preparation
Blend 1 yoghurt, 1 banana and 2 tablespoons of açai powder in a blender at maximum power.
Add more yoghurt according to the desired consistency, thicker or thinner.
Serve the mixture in a bowl.
Cut 1 banana into slices.
Add toppings: banana slices, shredded coconut, fresh blueberries, and assorted nuts.
Finally, savor and enjoy our açai bowl.
