Color and flavor burst at Madrid Fusión
XTONE, Welcome Design and the daring design for Castilla-La Mancha's Raíz Culinaria booth. A space full of colour and avant-garde has been the choice of Mar Vera, along with her team, for the gastronomic association's booth, in which her great personality has culminated with the presence of XTONE.

From January 23rd to 25th, Madrid Fusión, the most important national event in the gastronomic industry that brings together professionals from around the world, took place again this year, where Raíz Culinaria and Welcome Design have relied on XTONE to give that unique and extraordinary touch to the booth. This space has gathered great personalities of the community such as Carlos Maldonado (winner of Masterchef's third edition), Paco Torreblanca (Best Pastry Chef of the World) or the recently awarded Javi Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo (Michelin Star 2023 for their restaurant OBA-).
From the colour proposal captured through the design of the carpet, inspired by the colours of Raíz Culinaria, Welcome Design has found in the sintered stones Onice Green and Alpinus, from XTONE, the perfect allies to create a space with a great WOW effect that has left no one indifferent. Green shades and intense oranges that perfectly integrate each of the elements highlighting the incredible ceramic pieces by Damián Rojo and Jacinto de Manuel.

Onice Green and a bar with the same design that receives the attendees with its green palette in harmony with the rest of the elements of the space. It is upon entering when all the attention falls on the majestic 5-meter long island designed for the showcookings with the new Alpinus collection from XTONE. Its texture finish together with the hygiene and resistance of the product have put to the test all the great chefs who have cooked on the island, reasserting these qualities after three nonstop days. Breaking with the linearity of the rest of the elements, this design is the biggest innovation that XTONE will present at the great Porcelanosa Grupo exhibition that will take place from 20 to 24 February and that those attending the Raíz Culinaria booth have been able to see for the first time.

Finally, in the centre of the booth we find two large tables also from Onice Green by XTONE designed to give a greater welcome to the attendees, accompanied by the unique stools from ANNUD Concept.

In short, Mar Vera and her Welcome Design team have managed to transfer the roots of XTONE through design in the booth of the gastronomic association of Castilla-La Mancha. An avant-garde and daring space where the synergy between gastronomy and antibacterial surfaces has managed to highlight the great versatility of the XTONE product.
