Quality certification

Standard certified by the French CSTB (Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment) for floor coverings, the NF UPEC. Each letter of UPEC refers to a specific characteristic of the material: U - wear resistance, P - puncture resistance, E - resistance to the effects of humidity, C - resistance to chemical agents such as detergents.

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) is the UK body for architecture and the architectural profession, providing support to its 40,500 members worldwide. Urbatek is a Riba CPD accredited provider and shares RIBA's vision of promoting excellence in the profession through training.

European Technical Approval (ETA) is by definition a favourable technical assessment of the suitability of a product for its intended use, based on compliance with the Essential Requirements of the product.

Within the training framework, Urbatek is registered by the AIA/CES to carry out continuous training courses for architects who are members of the AIA (American Institute of Architects).
In the context of increasingly demanding legislation, Urbatek demonstrates its solid environmental commitment by adopting a management system certified by the ISO 14001:2004 standard, thus transmitting our policy of respect and concern for the environment.
With the premises of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, Urbatek ensures the performance, both aesthetic and technical, of its products through a quality management system certified by the ISO 9001:2008 standard, applied to the design and marketing of ceramics.
